Case Management

Case management is a collaborative process in which social workers assess, plan, coordinate, and monitor services to meet a client’s needs. It involves connecting individuals or families with resources while advocating for their rights and helping them navigate complex systems. The goal is to promote stability, independence, and overall well-being.

Referrals

After identifying individuals' needs, connections with appropriate resources and referrals can be made. This can include referrals for mental health services, housing support, and community programs,

Psychoeducation

psychoeducation can be provided to individuals and groups to enhance understanding of mental health, coping strategies, and emotional well-being, which empowers patients to make informed decisions and manage challenges more effectively.

Groups

groups can help provide support, psychoeducation, and skills for teens and adults, focusing on emotional regulation, communication, coping strategies, and mental health awareness to promote personal growth and resilience.

Advocacy

advocacy services focus on compassion, empowerment, and social justice to support individuals and families in navigating systems, accessing resources, and ensuring their voices are heard. a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach can help patients protect their rights, and help create positive change in their life and community.

Training

With over 15 years in law enforcement and over 5 years as an instructor (2015–2022), Saundra can provide specialized training for first responders, focusing on mental health awareness and managing stress. Grounded in real-world experience, trainings are designed to be practical, relevant, and responsive to the unique challenges faced by those on the front lines.
