Social Work Services
Case Management
Case management is a collaborative process in which social workers assess, plan, coordinate, and monitor services to meet a client’s needs. It involves connecting individuals or families with resources while advocating for their rights and helping them navigate complex systems. The goal is to promote stability, independence, and overall well-being.
Groups
I can facilitate support, psychoeducation, and skills-based groups for teens and adults, focusing on emotional regulation, communication, coping strategies, and mental health awareness to promote personal growth and resilience.
Referrals
I assist clients by identifying their needs and connecting them with appropriate resources and referrals, including mental health services, housing support, and community programs, to promote stability and overall well-being.
Advocacy
As a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) intern, I provide advocacy services with a focus on compassion, empowerment, and social justice. I support individuals and families in navigating systems, accessing resources, and ensuring their voices are heard. With a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach, I’m here to stand by you, protect your rights, and help create positive change in your life and community.
Psychoeducation
I provide psychoeducation to individuals and groups to enhance understanding of mental health, coping strategies, and emotional well-being, empowering clients to make informed decisions and manage challenges more effectively.
Training
With over 15 years in law enforcement and over 5 years as an instructor (2015–2022), I provide specialized training for first responders, focusing on mental health awareness and managing stress. Grounded in real-world experience, my trainings are designed to be practical, relevant, and responsive to the unique challenges faced by those on the front lines.
